The Back on Track® Dachshund Rug/Coat is similar to the standard jacket, but designed specifically for short-legged, long-bodied dog breeds. It protects the major muscle groups of the animal, as well as the sensitive abdominal area. This Coat has a water repellent, breathable, Polyester outer layer, lined with the revolutionary Welltex™ ceramic infused fabric,
allowing the dog to hold its own body heat without the risk of overheating. It is equipped with elastic leg loops for hind legs, an neck for the leash, reflectors on both sides and adjustable front.

IMPORTANT: to determine the correct size, with the dog standing still, upright & facing forward, measure the length of your pets back from the withers (shoulder blades) to the base of the tail - excluding any part of the neck and tail.
